No, there is a business to business relationship between Arise and RiteLine Sourcing. Outside companies are outsourcing their need for assistance with call volume through Arise. Arise will then provide those opportunities to companies like RiteLine Sourcing in which we provide the exceptional Agents to assist with the call volume in the comfort of their home.
You must legally reside in the United States and be 18 years or older. ** Arise is not accepting new applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin. **
Agents will fill out a direct deposit form and will be paid twice a month, on the 15th and last day of every month. RiteLine Sourcing will deduct its service fee of $69.75 per invoice period. This fee has the Arise platform usage fee included.
As an Independent Contractor, it is your responsibility to invest in your business. In order to partner with RiteLine Sourcing , you must complete a background check. The fee is $30 and is paid to Arise Virtual Solutions. Certification courses are absolutely FREE!
As an Independent Contractor, it is your responsibility to invest in your business. We do not provide equipment, but will provide resources on the proper equipment you need to be successful.

With so many client programs to choose from, the possibilities are endless. You can choose from technical support, email/chat support, sales, and direct customer support.
Upon successfully completing registration, you can begin enrolling in the client certification course of your choice. Some client courses may take as little as 3 weeks or as long as 8 weeks to complete. This is dependent on the client program you choose.
What you make from servicing clients can be as little or as big as you decide. Once you are given client programs to choose from, you can decide whether to select a client based on compensation rates only or other factors most beneficial to your company.
RiteLine Sourcing is responsible for covering fees associated with providing Agents and their businesses the necessary administrative tools to be successful. These administrative fees include but are not limited to: software, platform fees, direct deposit fees, bank fees, 24/7 mentoring and more. We strive to extend ourselves to our Agents to ensure their business gets up and running and maintain that way.
You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more. As an Independent Contractor, Authorized Agent, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer, you are responsible for your own taxes. I would advise visiting the IRS official website or speaking with a tax specialist to go over any questions you may have. RiteLine Sourcing does not take any taxes out on the Agents behalf nor is the Agent eligible for overtime, unemployment or benefits.
Training will take place with our partners client. RiteLine Sourcing does not pay for time spent in certification. Be sure to thoroughly read through the certification requirements. Some clients indicate that you can start earning during the "nesting" portion of certification. This may not always be guaranteed so be sure to confirm before selecting a client certification course.
